Incorrect address
We know it happens, if you see that you have inputted the wrong address,  please give us an email straight away at sales@cococandle.co.uk, (no need to send more than one email as it will push you to the back of the queue.) Please make sure to send the correct address within this email. Sadly, orders leave so quickly that we might not be able to always rectify this in time. In this case, if the order gets delivered to the address you inputted. it is up to you to go and collect it or arrange for it to be delivered to you. We can not offer a refund or replacements for an incorrect address, this includes forgetting house numbers and streets, misspelling one or all of the postcodes.

We send orders via either Royal Mail, DPD or UPS.

Standard delivery is approximately 2-3 working days. This isn't guaranteed and can take longer due to delays within Royal Mail & Courier Networks.

For Same Day Dispatch, please order before 1PM. During peak periods such as Black Friday, the run up to Christmas and on Mondays we can't guarantee orders placed before 1PM will leave same day.

Standard Delivery (UK) - £3.55

Standard Delivery usually within 2-3 working days within England, Wales or Scotland, from date of dispatch. This isn't guaranteed and around Black Friday and Christmas it can take longer than this.

RETURNS

We want you to be happy with our products and feel comfortable with your purchase.

Products purchased from www.cococandle.co.uk

We will gladly accept your return (for any reason) of products purchased directly from us at www.cococandle.co.uk

All we ask is that you:

  1. First email us within 30 days of delivery at sales@cococandle.co.uk with your name, order number and reason for your return.
  2. Return the product to us in the exact condition you received it, unused.

If the return is due to an error on our part (i.e. we accidentally shipped something other than the product that appears in your order confirmation), let us know and we will make it right as quickly as possible.

If the return is due to anything other than our error, you are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us. We cannot supply return shipping labels. We also strongly suggest that you ship via Royal Mail with a tracking number as we cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit back to us. A re-stocking fee may be applicable.

Once we receive the return and confirm the product meets the above criteria we will issue a refund for the amount of your purchase.
